hello@chincheckapp.comChinCheck is for entertainment, not real coaching. The AI looks at your form (power, defense, speed, technique, head movement, footwork) and produces a score based on what it can see in 30 seconds of video. It does a solid job of separating "never trained" from "actually trains," but it isn't perfect — lighting, camera angle, and clothing can all affect the result. Treat scores as a fun benchmark, not a gospel verdict.
Sometimes the AI gets it wrong. Sometimes it's painfully right. Try recording again in better light, with your full body in frame, throwing combinations the way you'd throw them sparring — not the way you'd throw them on Instagram. If you still think a specific score was unfair, share it with us at support@chincheckapp.com so we can keep tuning the model.
Your video is sent to a third-party AI service for analysis, then deleted. ChinCheck never stores your video. We only keep your score, the AI's feedback, and basic session metadata so you can see your history. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Yes — that's the whole point. After every session, tap Share to send a branded score card to your group chat or Instagram Story. The card has a built-in "Beat my score" challenge.
No. ChinCheck measures shadowboxing form in isolation. It cannot measure heart, durability, cardio, mental toughness, or anything else that decides a real fight. Do not use a ChinCheck score as a reason to challenge anyone in real life. Read our Terms of Service.
